1. You are not allowed to upload “Manele”, in any audio and/or video format. If you do not know what “Manele” is, please refer to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manele .
2. You are not allowed to upload imoral material. This can be audio, video and/or photo pornography, or materials that can cause prejudice to any entity(person, company, and so on) or that encourages violence towards peoples and/or animals(including post-mortem violence), or any other materials that cand be considerated imoral by the moderators.
3. You are not allowed to upload any imoral/obscen screenshots.
4. The content of the file you upload or it’s description cannot contain telephone number(s), e-mail addresse(s), instant messaging IDs(for this purpose use hi5 or any other site alike). Also, they must not contain links to any other files or sites, except for links to other files on ShareMobile or to topics on the Forum.
5. The 4th rule also applies to comments made on the files.
6. You are not allowed to upload any files that are infected by viruses, trojans, and so on.
7. YOU, THE USER, ARE THE ONLY RESPONSABLE FOR THE CONTENT OF THE FILES YOU UPLOAD.
8. In case a file has been downloaded more times than it was viewed it may be deleted, therefore you cannot post on any site direct links to any of the files on ShareMobile. Use “Share Link”
9. No discriminations are allowed here in the content and/or description of the uploaded file, nor in the comments added to a file.
10. You are not allowed to upload files protected with an open-password, except if the password is written clearly in the file’s description. To upload personal files please use your private space, where you can upload anything you want(the moderators can’t see the private files of an user).

If you do not comply to this rules:
1. The first time you are warned.
2. The 2nd time you get a 2nd warning and, if the moderator considers so, all the files upload on your account will be erased.
3. The 3rd time you do not comply to these rules your account WILL BE BANNED PERMANENTLY and all your files erased.

In some/special cases user can be directly banned from the first deviation.
